Ingredients
2 cups water, boiled
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp lemon peel
1/4 cup flowers (such as borage)
2 cups sherry
1 cup brandy
4 cups apple cider
Directions:
Combine sugar, lemon peel, and flowers in a bowl.
Cover with boiling water and allow to stand 10 minutes; strain.
Add sherry, brandy and cider and enjoy.
